Key staff members of HRWorX have worked with State of Minnesota for more than seven years. During that time, we have incrementally automated, where appropriate, the recruiting and staffing process from end to end. Our initial project was to setup an interactive voice response (IVR) system which allowed Minnesota to post jobs and to have applicants automatically apply to these jobs using a telephone. As internet technology became more pervasive, much of that same functionality was moved to their website as well as the addition of new functionality. Once the Applicant Portal applications were put into place and operating efficiently, HRWorX then worked with Minnesota to develop the internal web based applications which allowed them to communicate and share information electronically across their many state agencies.
More recently, HRWorX has been working with Minnesota to develop and integrate
newhireonline: one of our ePAS applications that automates the new employee onboarding process. The
newhireonline application is fully integrated with the state’s Peoplesoft HRIS/Payroll systems.
All applications are located on site at State of Minnesota and reside on the state's hardware. HRWorX provides remote and onsite support and works closely with the state's IT staff when needed.
