Key staff members of HRWorX have worked with Duke University for 5 years and have provided process consulting and other related services to assist in defining and developing Duke University's jobs website site and associated applications. The core of this system is a commercial off-the-shelf applicant tracking system called Resumix. Resumix uses artificial intelligence and an enormous grammar base to "read" resumes, extract information and rate resumes in 'context'. The Resumix system alone was not enough to support the unique requirements of Duke University and its' affiliated Hospitals, so in 2000, Duke began working with key staff members from HRWorX to design and build web-based applications. Resumix was enhanced by the addition of web based tools developed and implemented by HRWorX, such as an Applicant Portal, Vacancy Builder and Manager Referral (a.k.a. eStax).

All applications are located on premise at Duke University and reside on Duke owned hardware. HRWorX provides remote and onsite support and works closely with Duke's HR Department.
