NewHireonline walks a new hire through a series of questions to quickly fill out and digitally sign all forms using a dynamic interview, just like TurboTax^TM with its dynamic interview process that shortens the time it takes to complete your taxes and improves accuracy. Second, automatic email notifications make sure other parts of an organizations know when to complete their tasks to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Integration to Other Systems

NewHireonline also saves time and reduces errors by not requiring information to be rekeyed from paper forms. All forms are digitally signed and data is sent electronically to any required systems: payroll, HR, ERP, or any others designated.
