HRWorX is a privately held Veteran Owned Small Business with a specific focus on developing unique and cost effective Electronic Process Automation software solutions in support of the Human Capital Management and Financial Management markets.

HRWorX is made up of cross-functional IT and business professionals, along with Organizational Design experts who have been together for over eight years. Given our respective professional backgrounds, our management and staff are intimately acquainted with pre-hiring and post-hiring procedures in government and commercial spaces, along with the common, often frustrating, problems and issues associated with HR systems. This knowledge fuels our commitment to do something practical about making corporate and agency processes more employee-employer friendly in a way that is cost effective.

HRWorX began its operations by developing, implementing, and supporting large Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for government and private sector clients. We soon discovered the need to collect more information from a newly hired employee than was available in their applicant record. This data was required to create a permanent employee record in an organization's HR and payroll systems. We also found there were other disparate systems that needed this information such as security, IT, parking, etc. We took seriously the advice of industry experts and clients that 'the impression of an organization by the new hire increases dramatically when they feel that the organization is ready to welcome them the first day'. Subsequently, our products give organizations the ability to provide necessary information to all departments, managers, and external agencies that need to know about and be prepared for the new hire.

HRWorX has developed strategic alliances with leaders in the HR, business, and government communities. We specialize in the emerging market of business and technology where we enable organizations to begin to move away from paper and manual processes to a more secure, accurate, and data centric model of operation.
