In August 2005, HRWorX was identified by the Aberdeen Group, an industry leading research company, as one of the Human Capital Management industry's thought leaders and early market providers of an automated Onboarding solution. HRWorX co-sponsored one of the first major industry studies focused on Automated Onboarding solutions and the market readiness for such an offering. One of the significant findings from the data collected was that "Automating Onboarding is one of the hottest buzz words in the industry today..." HRWorX is experiencing a high-level of interest in our product and we are working hard to keep ahead of a fast growing market to fill this significant gap in the HCM industry.

We provide an intelligent interview data collection wizard which allows the customer to dynamically create unique electronic hiring packages and easily manage the entire process to completion.
