Our software solutions are all supported by a core process automation framework developed and owned by HRWorX, called ePAS. The ePAS software includes an intelligent interview wizard that efficiently collects required data elements once and reuses that data to automatically populate all other required forms in their original format. We also produce an industry standard XML data format that can easily be integrated with other automated systems. Our ePAS software meets the highest standards for security and has been production tested by thousands of newly hired employees since 2004.
FeaturesThe ePAS suite of applications has been developed using industry standard tools and techniques and have been thoroughly tested for security and usability by our clients. Our software has successfully passed several certification and accreditation (C&A) tests performed by third-party auditors on behalf of our clients. The Company supports client installations via secure remote access software. While initial installation may require a site visit, most ongoing support and updates are handled remotely.
