Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) recently went into production with HRWorX's EODonline™ to fully automate the Entry On Duty process. Automated emails are sent to new employees or transfers with a secure link to EODonline™ which allows them to complete all the EOD documents in a single interview session. Once they answer all the questions, the documents are then 'printable' in PDFs and the data is available for export to an agency's HR, payroll, eOPF, security, IT, or other internal systems.

OCC has the ability to fully manage the process from account creation, to reminder notifications, to document set creation, to batch printing, and finally to data export to other internal systems. EODonline is fully integrated to HR Connect, their HR services provider, which provides a truly paperless process from beginning to end.
