Hrworx is managed by two executives with 15+ years of IT, HR and management experience.
Patrick Brown, President
Mr. Brown is one of the founding members of Hrworx LLC, and brings with him over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. He is
responsible for planning, development, and execution of the business strategies and has served in several key positions to include:
marketing, sales, account management, project management, and product development. His leadership and strategic vision provides synergistic
relationships and world-class solutions between several vendor partners and their joint client accounts.
Rob Hankey, VP Operations
Mr. Hankey is one of the founding members of Hrworx LLC, and is responsible for the daily operations of the company. He brings to the
company 25 years of operational and leadership experience within the military, public and private sectors.
After his 22 year military career, Mr. Hankey brought his experience to the IT industry and has had the responsibility for operations
management within several large companies such as CSC, USA Networks, Health Management Systems, and Digital Insight. His experience also
includes project management of several large public and private sector contracts with extensive qualifications in all facets of project
lifecycle development from initial design through implementation, documentation, user training, and customer support.
Board of Directors
Hrworx’s Board of Directors is made up of company executives and other industry experts. Our board meets monthly to discuss both
financial issues and business goals. We strive to understand the issues that our clients are having and to discuss unique, as well
as, industry proven solutions.
